BRITISH AIRWAYS X CULTURE TRIP

British Airways wanted to develop a content campaign to promote European routes from Gatwick and connect with millennial travelers.

This campaign was phased over several months and included social-first video, a microsite, original photo and editorial, and illustration/animation. BA invested £500,000 in the partnership.

Key responsibilities

Creative response to the RFP. Collab’d with the sales lead and came up with the Trails of the Unexpected concept.

Attended the pitch and successfully managed the relationship with the client and their agency (Wavemaker).

Managed internal teams and freelancers - video, illustration, copy, and design - to develop creative concepts.

Internal sign-off on all creative.

Management of all feedback from the client.

Multi-channel distribution of the campaign to ensure it exceeded its KPIs.
